Occasionally servers can malfunction during setup causing issues such as "Failed to bind port". Normally, this error means that your server has been assigned the same IP and Port as another user that's using our service. However, don't worry as this does not mean the user can see your files or anything personal related to you. Two servers will never start with the same IP and Port so you don't need to worry about your players being redirected to another server if someone has the same IP and Port as you.

At this moment in time we do not have an automatic fix for this problem and can only suggest users that experience this error to contact us so that we can get your Port/IP switched out for one that will not throw an error.
