To OP a player is to give them access to commands that regular players cannot. If you OP a player, they have access to special commands such as changing their and/or other players gamemodes, access to run commands from the console and much more. Here's how:

To grant OP, you would first need to head over to your multicraft panel which you can do from here. Once your in, you'll need to navigate to the console.

From there, you would need to run the command op <player> for each player you would want to OP. Note that you can also run this command in the server providing you have OP beforehand.

To remove OP from a player, simply type the command deop <player> for each player you'd like de-oped. They no longer have access to those special commands.

And thats it!
